I used Brian and Lynn’s pet sitting service for me 13 week old puppy Max and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Not only are Brian and Lynn the loveliest of people but they took the most tremendous care of my dog. Brian replied promptly to my initial enquiry and gave me very detailed information about the service they offer and really put my mind at ease leaving my pup with them as it would be the first time he would be away from myself and my partner.
Brian couldn’t have been more accommodating with drop off and pick up times and in the end it honestly felt like I was leaving my dog with family rather than just a service. I had no doubt that Max’s every need would be taken care of whilst in their care. I’m so glad I found Brian and Lynn and would recommend anyone looking for dog sitters or walkers to contact them first, I will certainly be going to them first the next time I need care for my dog.

We have been using House Sitting and Pet Sitting Services since February this year. Brian and Lynn look after our house and dogs like they would their own. We've had dogs since 2004. I can honestly say that our two trips away this year are the first that I haven't worried about leaving the dogs. We know they are being very well looked after, exercised regularly with walks to a variety of lovely dog-friendly locations, and kept to their normal day to day routine. One of our dogs is epileptic and needs daily medication. She's actually a bit "special needs", and she is looked after brilliantly. Our other dog is quite nervous in certain situations, but he has grown in confidence in Brian and Lynn's care. We receive regular photos and updates on how the dogs are and what they've been doing, which is very reassuring.
When we return from our trips, the house is clean and tidy, and there is food in the fridge, prepared for us by Lynn. Such a lovely touch.
We have two more trips booked this year, and have already booked our trips for next year, such is our confidence in - and our dogs' happiness with - Brian and Lynn of House Sitting and Pet Sitting Services.

We have used Brian and Lynne for pet-sitting for some years. They are the best in the business and are brilliant with both animals and people.
Our dog Lulu loves to see them and we know she has a brilliant time with them. When going away we greatly prefer to know that she will have her normal walking, feeding times etc and be able to chill out with her usual activities rather than be stuck in kennels which would not be much fun.
I cannot recommend Brian and Lynne too highly.

BEST PEOPLE YOU CAN FIND! Sorry for the capital letters, but honestly, my husband and I couldn't be happier that we found them. Brian and Lynn were great from the start. They came over to our house a couple of weeks before the start date of the house/dog sitting, to meet us and Alby (our westie). Jose and I had the feeling from the start that they were really good people with a true heart for dogs. Needless to say that alby fell in love with them immediately. Alby was with Brian and Lynn for 18 days. We had constant updates, with great photos of Alby during his walks or sitting with Lynn on the sofa :) That kept us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our holiday with the certancy that Alby was in good hands and enjoying himself. When we returned home from our holiday, we came back to a extremely organised and clean house. Simply spotless!!! Lynn even made me a sandwich before she left. They also left bread and milk for a cuppa, which kept us going until we covered and managed a trip to the shops. Alby was calm, happy and is also now a lot better with other dogs ; Lynn and Brian made sure he would socialise whenever possible, which was brilliant. Alby is also pretty much potty trained now - a task my husband and I were founding hard to tackle. In summary, Brian and Lynn are stars! I wouldn't trust my place or my dog to anyone else!

Brian & Lynn have legendary status in our family. We had a beautiful labrador (Rene) who we were close to re-homing as we simply couldn't give him the time & exercise he needed. Enter Brian & Lynn who walked & housed Rene (& later Frankie) whenever we needed them to. Nothing was ever too much trouble & we managed to keep Rene for another 6 years until he sadly passed. Regular walks, stopovers & holiday stays for the dogs became common for them. Even though we moved house, years later both Rene & Frankie would run to them to welcome long lost friends. Can't thank & recommend them enough. The comfort in knowing that the dogs were cared for as part of their family is hard to articulate.

I have known Brian and Lynn for 18 years and they are a wonderful, fun and friendly couple who are a joy to be around. Brian and Lynn have looked after my beautiful cocker spaniel Coco on numerous occasions such as family holidays, long days out in London, visiting family in Norfolk and the list goes on.
They adore having her and she adores being with them, having endless love and attention. I can relax without worrying about my beloved pet while I'm not with her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian and Lynn as house sitters. The property and pets would be in the safest hands.

Brian and Lynn recently spent 2.5 weeks at our house looking after our extremely energetic and boisterous young dalmatian, Arlo, as well as our rather more aloof cat. We could not be happier with the experience (our first of using house sitters). We received regular emails to tell us how everything was going, as well as fantastic photos of Arlo on long daily walks at the park and the beach. When we got home late on Monday the house was gleaming - cleaner than when we left! Everything had been laundered, there was fresh milk and bread, and Lynn had made a wonderful meal to save us cooking. Throughout our holiday we knew our pets were safe and happy with kind, genuine people who care about, and enjoy, the animals they look after. We were so thrilled that we have already asked Brian and Lynn back to house sit for us again in December. We give them our very highest recommendation.

This was our first experience of using dog sitters and we can't tell you how delighted we are we chose Brian and Lynn to look after our house and our slightly neurotic dog Paddy for 3 weeks.
To endorse all the other references, Paddy was happy and relaxed when we got home, our house was the cleanest I've ever seen it and all our house plants are stIll alive, which must be a first. Lynn had also prepared a lovely quiche and various salads which kept us going through three days of jet lag, thank heavens. If Lynn and Brian weren't so busy we'd ask them to move in, but one things for sure - as soon as we decide when we're off on our next adventure......they will be the first people we call.
They have set the bar very, very high for us first timers!

I can't recommend Brian and Lynn highly enough. They visited us before we went away to meet the dogs and chickens as we were getting an early flight. We had regular emails to say everything was ok while we were away and when we returned tired from a long journey we were amazed at how clean and tidy the house was - far cleaner than when we left.
To top it all Lynn had baked a quiche for us and also made dessert in case we were hungry. I will ask them again at the drop of a hat if they are not already snapped up!

Maddie was so pleased to see us but she has been pining for you both, looks like she has adopted you. Poppy on the other hand couldnt give a fig about us, hey ho, at least one out of two missed us. Just got back from the park with Maddie, she is looking so much fitter. Sorry she started moulting. Its a real pain and hope it didnt cause you too much work.
Again THANK YOU Lynn and Brian. You are a lovely couple and i do hope that we can make arrangements again, if you want that is. Knowing that Maddie was with someone as nice as you two and having you stay in my house was a real peace of mind and we really cant thank you enough.

Where do we start on telling you how wonderful Brian and Lynn are?!?
They were beyond words a true delight in every way. Not only are they two of the nicest people but they were incredibly attentive, caring and skilled in looking after our dog and home.
If only they could move in with us!
We hope that they will return again soon although they are certain to get booked up quickly.
